You Got Questions?

We Got Answers!

Where do we get our biscuits from?

We don’t buy our biscuits, we buy fresh ingredients. We mix them to create our dough and bake fresh biscuits. We get up early in the morning, every morning, to make them the right way. Our testament to the value of quality we hold for our customers.

Where do we get our gravy from?

You guessed it we don’t buy our gravy either, we buy fresh ingredients. We mix the ingredients and cook our sausage gravy. Our gravy is made fresh every morning as well. Our recipe was refined after timeless amounts of test trials for flavor, quality, and consistency. Once again, ensuring our customers get the quality they deserve, every time.

Do you have non-pork options?

Sorry we do not have a non-pork option on our menu at this time. Due to limited cooking space, we are unable to provide a non-pork option. Once we are able to create space to prepare and cook non-pork food that meats ours and yours standards we will let you know!

Peanut Allergies?

We are not peanut free, we have a PB&J biscuit on the menu. We take this allergy and food safety very seriously by taking precautions to reduce chances of cross contamination. We reduce the chance of the peanut butter touching any surface and continually sanitize with bleach. In fact, all our menu items are prepared inside their own containers for that reason. Our own family members with peanut allergies are happy with our methods. Here it is:

The biscuit is completely split and the bottom half is placed inside it’s container. We use a food grade pump gun with peanut butter to squeeze onto that half, we don’t spread it. We use squeeze bottle to add the jelly to the other half (we don’t spread that either), it’s placed on top of peanut butter half, and container is closed. We toss our gloves and use new ones after packing.

Do you take custom orders?

It hasn’t come up, everyone is pretty happy with the available combinations we’ve come up with so far. It also allows for speed to prepare, cook, and delivery your orders. If you wish to create your own combination with available menu items, give us a try. It never hurts to ask.

Do you have tables and chairs for use?

Currently we are a carry-out only truck. Many of the locations we park at don’t allow tables and chairs as it’s not safe due to vehicle traffic, and we take our customer’s safety seriously. We work with each location to confirm what can be done. If we can provide seating, we’ll mark it on our calendar schedule.

What type of containers do you use?

We use cardboard based clam shell containers. They safely and firmly hold your food, retain heat without “sweating”, they are stack-able, and earth friendlier than Styrofoam and plastic. Food wrappers just won’t do with the main menu items. Besides, we don’t want to smash your sandwiches.

Any new and exciting menu items coming soon?

Our “test kitchen” is always in use with new ideas and new twists to current favorites. We are always thinking of what can place a smile on our customer’s faces. We hope to bring seasonal or limited time items. Of course, anything new has to run through it’s paces: can it be done consistently, can we maintain quality, and ultimately will our customers enjoy it.
